About us
The East Lancashire e Partnership (ELeP) comprises of the five district authorities of Burnley, Hyndburn, Pendle Ribble Valley, and Rossendale.
Established in 2001 our aim is to support and improve service delivery in partner authorities by pooling resources, expertise and knowledge.
Initially the purpose of EleP was to achieve e Government targets but over time our brief has grown and we now play a major role in improving the efficiency of service delivery in line with the 'Transformation' agenda.
Our main projects over the last three years have included:
- The East Lancashire Procurement Service
- The East Lancashire Consultation Service
- Process Transformation Toolkit
- The Knowledge Management Project
- The Web Transactions Project
