The Collaborative Research and Consultation Service was formed in 2001 by the five district councils of Burnley, Hyndburn, Ribble Valley, Pendle, Rossendale and recently The East Lancs PCT to collaborate in the delivery of modernised, electronically delivered services to their citizens.
Living and Working in East Lancashire Survey was sent to around 9,300 residents in total East Lancashire including panel members and a random sample despatched to Blackburn with Darwen residents. The basis for the research is to look at opinions and perceptions of residents in East Lancashire on:
