Who we are

The East Lancs e-Partnership was formed in 2001 by the five district councils of Burnley, Hyndburn, Ribble Valley, Pendle and Rossendale to collaborate in the delivery of modernised, electronically delivered services to their citizens. With addition of Blackburn with Darwen in September 2007 for Procurement.

Telecoms Savings through New Framework AgreementBoth Hyndburn and Ribble Valley Borough Councils have received savings in excess of 15% on their current Voice Calls and Line Rental Charges through a new Framework Agreement established by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) Buying Solutions.
