The East Lancs e-Partnership was formed in 2001 by the five district councils of Burnley, Hyndburn, Ribble Valley, Pendle and Rossendale to collaborate in the delivery of modernised, electronically delivered services to their citizens. With addition of Blackburn with Darwen in September 2007 for Procurement.
The time has arrived for the Programme Office to start work on a three year Business Plan. The aim of the plan is to capture the aspirations and objectives of all our Partners.
The second of the two joint panel surveys for 2007/08 has now ended, with fieldwork having completed on 28th March. The survey looks at the following topics:
Both Hyndburn and Ribble Valley Borough Councils have received savings in excess of 15% on their current Voice Calls and Line Rental Charges through a new Framework Agreement established by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) Buying Solutions.
